Her bedside manner is excellent, her team are very professional yet extremely human and genuine in how they help their clients and owners, whether its calling daily to check on the patients or asking how the owners are doing, to giving me a hug after the hard decisions are made. I will not use any other equine vet out here, if I can help it at all. They are the best. Honestly. I have been in horses for a LONG time, been with MANY vets, and even tho I have had my favorites in the past, and I still consider them 5* vets, Dr. Dickenson and her team have them beat.
