R.W. Turner's crews are awesome! We woke up to a loss of water on Friday. Rick came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Rick and Sean came back the next morning and changed out our pump. We are grateful for their professionalism and how quickly they resolved our water problem. We would recommend them highly!

Woke up to no water pressure and faucets only providing a glass or 2 of water before running out in our house and of course immediately panicked. We called local business Turner & Sons as they had replaced our water tank over 10yrs earlier and we were very pleased with their service. They were out to check our system the very next day, and this was at the end of the week just prior to a busy 4 day holiday weekend. Rick arrived and had determined our pump had failed and needed replacement. They were able to schedule the service to take place 2 days later on a Saturday (again during a busy holiday weekend). They were out to check our system the very next day, and this was at the end of the week just prior to a busy 4 day holiday weekend. All repairs were done (Replaced pump, all pump electrical, pump electrical unit, and re-calibration of entire system), no easy feat with our pump located 400ft underground. Excellent service from beginning to end and Kudos to all the staff @ Turner & Sons...First to Michaela who handled our calls and coordinated all of our appointments with care, concern, and excellent customer service. Then to Rick who came out and personally made sure everything was taken care of in a professional, trustworthy, and swift manner. And lastly to Eric and Cory who performed the service on a holiday weekend in 100degree heat with polite and excellent service. All in all we are very pleased with the quick, excellent, and professional service provided to us by our own long standing home town business Turner & Sons.
