My first appt. With Taytum was great. Her assistant spent alot of time with me getting all my information. Tatum was well prepared when she came into the room with me and was very caring. She also spend a long time with me going over my history and concerns. I am very happy with my Dr. Visit.
Love the staff at Optima Medical and always have prompt attentive service. Saw Gracelyn for the first time today and she is awesome. Just hope Optima can keep some of the new providers a little longer, but I do understand people always looking to improve their prospects. Just keep up the good work.
Everyone was very good at their jobs on every step of my appointment from the waiting room to the very end, scheduling my next visit, etc. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor. The staff was excellent.
