This company was awesome. The previous day we had to have our septic system worked on. Then we had a power surge and our well stopped. Their guys came out that same day. We had a bad situation with our well but they went above and beyond and were able to replace pump with as little disruption as possible. They were very empathic with our situation and the coast was less then expected. Again, very pleased with the company and their wonderful staff. We highly recommend Drill-Tech!
We had a water issue on Christmas eve, Garth, Nick & Luke called us back promptly. Luke came out early and we had running water in a little over a hour. All were professional and friendly despite us interrupting their holiday. We will definitely use them in the future (hopefully planned service not an emergency.) Thank you gentlemen for saving Christmas, who knew Santa would arrive in a well rig in 2020?!
