Heather is very conscientious and asked me questions about stimulous's I should have received but didn't. She immediately did the appropriate paperwork and I mailed it off.I have a complicated Business (Offer and Compromise) that failed in 2010 that has been worked on since 2017. She is very quick to adjust what needs to be done to keep that process moving forward. She and her husband are very personable and made me feel very taken care of. I will stay with them until they close their doors on the business.
We have used two other tax services in this town since we moved here 4 years ago and never went back to either one. Thank goodness we found this awesome couple who are such a pleasure to work with. Doing your taxes is never fun but with these folks we end up laughing and actually enjoying the hour we spend with this husband and wife team. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and explains everything related to our tax preparation. She also looks for every way to achieve our maximum refund. They are also very reasonable in price and we never have to wait. They are growing in popularity and it is not hard to understand why.
