This was a very positive experience from beginning to end. And not only was the experience very positive but they also offered the best cost out of three companies that I received quotes from (for installing a new RUUD 3 ton AC/Heat pump). All their staff were very pleasant and respectful, including the office staff. All the work was done according to plans and they followed up to make sure everything was working as it should. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them!

We cannot say enough about this company! Our upstairs AC stopped working the week before the 4th of July (and it was HOT!). We just knew it would probably be at least a week before we would see anyone---boy were we wrong! It was literally 4 hours from when we called until the on call person showed up (Mark was amazing!) Fixed the problem and we were cooled off in record time. In a time when customer service is mostly lost, we cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks Chino Heating and Air for exceptional customer service.

We had Chino Heating and Cooling come install a mini split unit about 2 years ago and there has twice been a time where we had to call them out to see why the ac was not working well. This last time they figured out that there was a leak in the cooling coil and are replacing it at no charge. They have been so nice and great to work with. We definitely encourage anyone that needs cooling or heating work done to call Chino Heating and Cooling.
