We have had Heather do our taxes now for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. The office is comfortable, like being in someone's home and there are always cold drinks available and always candy!! Heather is such fun to talk with , always cheery, but at the same time she is very efficient and knowledgable and she's always willing to explain something if you don't understand. Courtney and Scott were amazing. The best appliance buying experience I've ever had. We're on solar, small cabin, sunny Colorado, family of four. Our last propane fridge was NOT an EZ Freeze and after installing our EZ Freeze over the weekend I'm kicking myself and my hub for not buying an EZ Freeze the first time. I've struggled for years w/ spoiled food and we were were using a cooler for the past 4 months, yes, during the pandemic so you imagine how stressful that has been. The fridge was packaged as if for an air drop- reinforced on all sides, sturdy box, no way it was getting damaged. Arrived in excellent shape with a little bonus in the freezer. Installed and cooled to temp quickly. Last night (Sunday) was the first trip to the grocery store where I could meal plan for the week without fear of having meat. milk and cheese go bad by Wednesday. Thank you Warehouse Appliance for repping a great, great product and running a fantastic company.

We had a leaky faucet with poor temperature control in our guest shower. Courtesy came out and had it replaced in about 20 minutes, including the time it took to cut the access panel in the wall. This will be the second post in a week… I rarely write reviews, but the urge to exclaim was too great!
Our basement was a disaster after a flood from upstairs. The walls, the ceiling, the carpet had to be totally ripped out. This angel man, Ralphie, spent days laboring, working tirelessly by himself to recreate the walls and the ceiling into a work of perfection, surpassed by nothing I have ever seen! Simply marvelous! His attention to detail, his pride in his work, his uncompromising work ethic - unmatched!

Travis has the best quality and attention to detail out there. But what is really his best trait is his knowledge of adjacent operations. He can fix paint issues like faded clear coat and then ceramic coat the vehicle. This allows the complete task to be done in house without taking the job to multiple locations. He has saved me quite a few times. And the honorable mention here is that none of these projects were easy tasks. He's not afraid to tackle the challenging tasks.

Went to a dental group in Chino Valley for a teeth cleaning and assessment. I was told, that I needed four crowns installed @ 960 each = $3600.00. Decided to switch to Chino Valley Family Dental with Dr. Randall. After my examination and X-ray readings, Dr. Randall said I just needed to have two cavities filled. The reception desk person is so nice and efficient. All of the staff are really skilled and friendly. Also this dental office will be moving into a brand new building. I don't want to get into too much detail about the rip off dental clinic but if you're ever looking at the skyline, you'll be able to see the Horizon.

Our water heater went off for our guest rooms and our family just arrived for Thanksgiving with no hot water! Yikes! Casey from Alphabet came early next day, spent about 10 minutes and solved the problem. What, no charge for visit? You just don't see service like this anymore. Our relatives thank Alphabet especially for not taking cold showers.

After attempting to contact Praying Mantis twice by phone the technician Don arrived to resume service after a 1 yr break. It had been difficult to get the office to return my calls prior. Don stated that there were a personnel issue in the office. Don is back and we are fine now.
These guys were great. Another repair guy said our pump was "growling at startup" and we needed a new pump. Decided to get a second opinion. Our storage tank was shot and they replaced it that day, no problem. Awesome service by this great company.

as my hair has multiple cowlicks which makes it a pain. She knows how to cut mens hair to make them look like Gentlemen. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair .

Drill Tech was there immediately when we really needed them to check out and replace the controller a couple years ago. So when our well collapsed, we called them back. They were straight up about their schedule, as they were doing a large, new development. Worth the wait, they were responsive to calls and emails during the time we were hauling water. Kim has been patient and pleasant, despite what I am sure is frustrating when rigs break or other delays happen. The workers that came out to the property were all pleasant, considerate, and kept us informed. My only suggestion for improving service would be more proactive communication from the office. Our well is in. Yay! (Now for the pump install).

Heather is very conscientious and asked me questions about stimulous's I should have received but didn't. She immediately did the appropriate paperwork and I mailed it off.I have a complicated Business (Offer and Compromise) that failed in 2010 that has been worked on since 2017. She is very quick to adjust what needs to be done to keep that process moving forward. She and her husband are very personable and made me feel very taken care of. I will stay with them until they close their doors on the business.
I realized how much I liked the first set that I had them come back for more! When you are old and short and arthritic not having to crawl into the bottom cabinets is wonderful. They were quick. Mike's installation was neat and convenient and I have recommended them to friends.
My frigidaire refrigerator had a control board/sensor issue which was hard to diagnose. This company was able to detect it and fix it and this was the second repair co. that I contacted. So if you need anything fixed this is company you should contact first. Thank you so much!
