“Audrina is AMAZING! I have been visiting her for 3.5 years now and she has found the perfect, natural brow shape for my face. Before starting with Audrina, my brows were misshaped and too thin. She now has my brows in good shape - literally - through careful mapping and training. (The tutorial on the correct way to use Gimme Brow has also been helpful and game changing!)

“I have been going to European Wax center for many years and my waxing specialists like Ari(who unfortunately is no longer there) and my new waxing specialist Taliyah have always made my visits so fun and pleasant. “Today, I had an emergency, I needed my eyelashes and glue removed. I had an allergic reaction to my lash technician’s glue. They immediately took me in and removed the lashes and glue. The doctor had prescribe me an antibotic but it was not going to work if I still had the glue on my eyes. Amazing Lash Studio book me an appointment right way. My eyes feels so
much better. My eyes were really red and my eyelids very swollen. The lady at the front desk and the Master Eye Lash specialist were so kind and showed a lot of empathy. The Master Eyelash person knew what to do. I did not even feel her removing the eyelash and glue. I really have to give a BIG SHOUT out to the lady who was working the desk and the MASTER EYELASH Specialists. Thank you for your empathy and professionalism, it goes a long way. They also said as I was walking out the door, that they were going to follow up with me. I was shocked. I usually do not do reviews but I had to do one today. My appointment was on 6-12-24. I decided to browse for a new waxer since my wax person whom I really like, is too far away, so I stumbled across Laurie's shop! Who knew that, this building had cool suites inside as I assumed it was only a beauty and coffee shop. Lamont from Chicago, who has just opened up a new Barbershop inside, seen me outside of the building and came outside to direct me (since although small, this building can be confusing). She uses gloves and has a clean office with new clean clean changeable lining on her table which is a plus as you can tell that she's giving you a clean environment. Laurie has a display of cute bracelets and wine magnets for sale. What a cute suite, set up! I purchased a bracelet set and love it!!! Laurie is gentle and precise on getting rid of all unwanted hair ...a true professional!!! I have now found my new wax lady and loved her work so much, that I will be seeing her again. Her prices are competitive with other shops ... she is definitely worth every cent!
