This is, by far, the best pool supply in the area. I maintain my own pool and help some friends with theirs. Every time I go there they have the parts I need at a reasonable price.The help & advice is right on and makes repairs easier.I drive past two Brand L's to get to their store.
Craig at SD Pool Supply in Chandler saved my pool! I was told by a well known competitor that duck stains had ruined my pool, but Sun Devil’s stain removal chemistry removed the stains WITH NO SCRUBBING!And, SD NEVER pushes proprietary products you don’t need.I’m a Wildcat, but Sun Devil is the Pool Champion!
The employees in this store went over and beyond. I highly recommend this store. I had to deep clean my DE filter for the first time. I took off the top, pulled out the grids to clean, took it apart to make sure everything was good. Once I was done cleaning, I couldn't get the grids to go back together like they should. I called Sun Devil and they said to bring it to the store and they would help me reassemble. After they showed me how to do it, I asked what I owed them, and they said no charge. This is a company with great customer service. Very friendly and polite. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
