Best decision I have made to add Stretch Lab to my knee replacement recovery. AJ is outstanding! He is working on the leg that had the knee replacement and on the leg that will be having surgery in December. I feel great! Stretching has helped with getting my range of motion so much better. I never knew I could be stretched like AJ does to me. I look forward to my sessions every week. AJ thanks! So glad I met you all at the gym's anniversary! You guys Rock!

Stopped by the StretchLab in Chandler. When I first walked in there it was good laughter and I saw people that really loved what they do. I was greeted by Kaiessa who was my therapist for the day! My body has always been really stiff and the older you get, the more you start thinking about the quality of life. Kaiessa kindly educated me, explained what she would be doing and I left there with more mobility than I had in years. She was excellent and I am definitely going back. Take my word for it and go give it a try today! You could be walking around with body pain, and all that you may need is good assisted stretching by a wonderful person such as Kaiessa! Grateful!
