Words can not describe how happy I am with my cut and with Ariana. When I tell you I have never been happy with any other stylist I mean dreading year after year sitting in that chair every time I had to get a cut and having to deal with what was leftover. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a big smile and compliments galore. And before I even finished describing what I wanted she knew exactly what I meant and what would look best on me, I have never felt that understood when it comes to my hair in my life. I decided to browse for a new waxer since my wax person whom I really like, is too far away, so I stumbled across Laurie's shop! Who knew that, this building had cool suites inside as I assumed it was only a beauty and coffee shop. Lamont from Chicago, who has just opened up a new Barbershop inside, seen me outside of the building and came outside to direct me (since although small, this building can be confusing). Thank you Sir ‍ Very nice human Laurie is sweet and very professional! Laurie went straight to work. She uses gloves and has a clean office with new clean clean changeable lining on her table which is a plus as you can tell that she's giving you a clean environment. Laurie has a display of cute bracelets and wine magnets for sale. What a cute suite, set up! I purchased a bracelet set and love it!!! Laurie is gentle and precise on getting rid of all unwanted hair ...a true professional!!! I have now found my new wax lady and loved her work so much, that I will be seeing her again. Update: The one thing that would have elevated the experience to 5 stars would be the cleanliness of the pods. In one of the rooms, there was a giant smudge on the underside of the pod doors, and the other room's pod (Room 5) had some sort of orange substance/stain along the rim of the pod (the side farthest from the shower). For me personally, it was hard to get back into the right mindset after I noticed it halfway through the session.“

I do the 90 minutes and they work out all my knots, tension, stress. The reflexology is real. Mark originally was my therapist. I used David recently and he was just as good.I recommend Infinity. I would say it was good before September/ October 2023 but all went down hill with not only the points system discouraging plus the increase of the membership cost. I don’t really enjoy ? the way it’s being managed currently. Everyone’s motivation is declining. We all wanted to see how long we can continue to be a member of the gym we have loved for more than 8 years. Today, there isn’t much great thing to talk about the gym including the quarterly celebrations of which very inconsistently carried out.“

I’ve been a customer at 3 different H&S over 10 years and this store pushes extra services/products so much that it’s becoming uncomfortable. The employees give each other the side eye when it comes time to offer products, there’s so much tension behind the scenes. They push product faster than I can use it. I’ll have to decide to stay and have a private talk with my esthetician or just leave.“
