She has a cozy and chill room which is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. She plays great relaxing music as well. She made me feel taken care of and addressed all my skin care needs/ goals. She is great at deciding which products to use for my skin that is dry/ some hyperpigmentation/ acne scars and does a wonderful dermaplane and facial. She is also a waxing wizard!
