“I bought a summer dress online and when it came in the length was too long. All it needed was a quick hem on the bottom. Being new to Arizona I didn’t have a go to tailor to call for alterations last minute. I took a chance on Rita’s as the business was close to where I lived and open for business. I called and was disappointed when they told me they are not open on Sundays and Mondays, however I was immediately pleasantly surprised when the lady said ‘let me see if the seamstress can get it done today.’ I waited on the phone anxiously for her answer; she said ‘YES TO THE DRESS!’ I quickly drove to her business when I tried on the dress we both noticed it was uneven and due to the layers of the dress it made it difficult to hem evenly, I just knew with how busy she was it was a no go to getting it done. She was persistent on figuring out how to make it work. I was so delighted! They called me within a couple of hours to pick up my sundress that I am taking on vacation. She crushed it! I can’t rave enough about the friendliness, professionalism, dedication and quality of work. This is definitely my go to from now on!“

“This is the best dry cleaning business in town. We have used them since they opened and very happy with quality of service and kind personal. We have been at the Chandler location on Queen Creek and Alma School, so sad to see this site is closing! It will be hard to find a solution to our dry cleaning. “The staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The facility is clean and tidy. My only concern is the price they charged me to have women's casual pants hemmed. There was nothing else required.I had 3 pairs of pants altered: 1 straight legs and 2 wide legs. I was charged, $26, 28, 28, consecutively. My total came to $82, which is more than I paid for the pants. The alterations were good, but I think the amount charged was a bit more expensive for a basic hem job.Also, it would be nice if they could provide a price chart for services provided.“
