Unprofessional. I went in for Soft-locks. They started coming down the next day. When I went back to get them fixed I was told “I didn’t have enough glue, I just didn’t want to tell you.” This was a $350 style! My hair has been “done” for 2 weeks. 8 braids have fallen out, and my hair is very frizzy. Go at your own risk. 0/5 stars! Would NOT recommend.
