Yup same situation!! No refund. I’ve been talking to 2 guys & they just give me the run around. The close this place down & still haven’t refunded me or my boyfriend nor my brother since we had had plans with them. So horrible I’m super upset. The updated location has the same girls & same owners why haven’t they refunded me!!

They recently changed their billing system and they asked to save my card on file again for my membership, I was double charged for my membership and they have not refunded me for one of the charges. I have called multiple times to get this resolved and cancel my membership and they don't answer anymore. Check those bank accounts if you have a membership with them.Service: Eyebrow threading

I just got my eyebrows done for the first time in a year. They look horrible. The left one is a completely different shape than the right. This place used to be good. What happened?!?! The girl who did mine took about 30 seconds total to complete the service and she completely disregarded how I asked to have them done. I guess I’ll find a professional eyebrow service elsewhere.
