Sean's great! We've been using Responsible Pest for years and they have been super flexible and accommodating. We haven't seen a scorpion since we've been getting regular treatments (we used to see 2-5/month).
The technician arrived on time, detailed the activities and rationale for treatment. He spent an appropriate amount of time treating my home. He was respectful and considerate. Well done!
Elijah at Pest control is really friendly and sweet. He did all that was asked and went beyond by spraying walls. We didn’t realize we had recent activity on scorpions- which he informed us. (No more going barefoot in garage.) Customer service is rare these days and Elijah shined. He knows his stuff and he’s definitely appreciated by us.
