As a patient for over a year, I've had wonderful experiences with this practice! On the rare occasions when a bracket or wire has needed repair, they've made it easy to get an appointment at other locations if my preferred one was booked. The providers and staff are all fantastic--they take the time to explain everything and always greet you by name, making each visit feel welcoming and personalized.
The experience I had here was so great, of course it was just my consultation, but I've never had an experience like this. Yajaira was super courteous and made sure I was comfortable and that she set the correct expectations from the beginning. Amazing customer experience. I am looking forward to beginning my braces journey with this firm!
We had such a pleasant time coming into the office , the sweet girl at the front "Amber" was amazong so polite and welcoming! We had a consultation and met with Jahaira Rios and she wa every thorough with our concerns, especially with the financial part for getting braces for the kiddos ! They got us in right away that day and we were even offered a nintendo switch ! They told us they will let us know when to pick it up ! Overall the pricing is very reasonable They also gave us such cute tshirts!! Such a friendly place
