If I could give less than one star I would. All four of my “brand new” windows have leaked. Even with a small amount of rain, it has managed to leak into my home. Disgusting level of disregard for the quality of their product. I’ve waited 3 weeks for each of the four service calls. I have had to dry out my carpets multiple times with no compensation as yet. Each time I have been dealt with in an unapologetic nature and lack of urgency. I would never recommend this product.

Buyer beware you can't buy parts from the manufacture direct. You have to go through a franchise dealer. I need some small parts and they wouldn't cover under warranty. I said fine I will pay for the parts and install my self. They wanted to sell me a whole new door. For the amount of money they wanted I said pass and found parts online. Lifetime warranty a scam to get you to buy.

Where to begin. This company's products are horrible, and already failing for us. We purchased new windows and doors for our entire house, massive project and expense a couple months ago, and see nothing but defects. We have to have a window redone already a couple months after install, it is already bowing and failing, glass separated from the frame. Frames bent. Their screens are terrible and bent, don't even fit the windows. We have two windows in which you can see daylight through the frame. Also, the windows that move do not sit flush in the frame mounts, but rock easily back and forth. We don't have much faith in the energy savings with such lack of fit in the frame....read full review
