Cole does a great job of communicating throughout the entire process to make sure everyone is on the same page. They showed up when they said they were, they completed the project in the time frame quoted (by far the shortest time frame), their prices were fair (not the cheapest but I've learned that you get what you pay for in contracting) and when there were mistakes, they were handled right away and not hidden from.
