I was deeply pleased on how the staff handle everything in detail of all the questions. She answered all of our concerns in detail and my mom is very extremely happy with the outcome with the doctor and how politeness she was. My mom is extremely grateful with the doctor and the office.

Rashmi and Kelly are the best. Kelly has such a great personality as administrator of the office and tries (so far has done) to accommodate each and every request for scheduling I have made. She has a smile I can hear on the phone and in person. Rashmi is a jewel because she HEARS me. I only have to explain my needs, challenges and concerns and each time she fixes them. This is done quickly and she always lets me know if any further adjustments are required to let her know. In this time where customer service is absent, this team (of Rashmi and Kelly) hit a home run EVERY time. If you have hearing challenges please do yourself a favor and contact this team.

Almost 4 years ago, I had anxiety about getting a hearing aid and Dr. Harper was very helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my dumb questions and let me try one out for a short time. I ended up buying one from her and I have been very happy with it.Last week she let me try a pair of new Oticon OPN demo units. They worked very well and I was able to use the iPhone app to control them. I didn't even need to change any programs. Occasionally I would adjust the volume a few clicks as needed.
