    10 classes down and I look forward to going every day! What motivates me is how great I feel after the fastest 45 minutes of a hard and sweaty work out! Its a new work out each day which keeps things exciting! The coaches are at your fingertips for proper adjustments making sure technique and posture are on point without being aggressive or making you feel like you are doing it all wrong! They are constantly motivating you throughout the work out and always throw in a grand finale challenge at the end that gives that final touch to the work out. The facility is clean, bathrooms clean, equipment is all in great shape and clean and the coaches are all amazing! See you tomorrow!

    I have been working out her for over 3 years now and can honestly say that I am not bored with the workouts (which I think is saying a lot). The workouts are fast paced, effective, and always different. I love that you can get in and out in 45 minutes! The coaches are motivating and make sure you get the most out of each and every workout. This gym is affiliated with 6 other F45 gyms which means you have more class time options if needed. Would recommend to anyone!

    My daughter trains here for part of her work out regimen for cheer. It is challenging in all the right ways. She seems to enjoy it because she never complains. I can see that she is getting stronger both mentally and physically by applying herself at this gym!
