I cannot express enough gratitude for how absolutely incredible my experience has been at ExpressMiE. The staff radiate positivity the moment you walk through the door. The experience provided is both encouraging and extremely empowering. The instructors are not only skilled and talented but also genuinely care about each student's progress. I really enjoy the classes. I signed up for the pole-a-tease classes after taking the teaser class. I am currently level 3 and I'm loving it so far. There is a sense of community in the studio and everyone is very supportive. I wish we would have more practice time during class, but I also understand that there are drop in classes we can take
It's a very comfortable space And environment with a lot of alternative classes for exercise and dance and stretching. Teachers are very patient and inviting which make it a fun experience.
