Thank you, Chi for being patient and understanding my rodent problem. I have decided to stay with EchoShield because Chi was kind and helped me with my problem. I talked to a couple of other associates and felt that they didn't care about me or my problem. They just kept transferring me to other associates. Again, thank you, Chi.
Very affordable and professional pest control. Communication is great, the office staff is always very friendly. Eric has been on our route lately and is great, all of the techs take their time to do the job right and always ask if there are areas of concern or any activity we have noticed that they should take a look at.
Would definitely recommend them for your pest control needs.
Gabriel Nava did a great job on my property, I'm assuming since I wasn't there, but he seemed to be able to get to the back of my house with no issue and left a pamphlet on my back door in a way to let me know he was back there which I really appreciate it. Thank you so much, Gabriel!
