More distortion on the call line (when waiting) than a Ted Nugent concert. Then when they call you it is not from the office number, so you have no idea who is calling. Young people do not answer an unknown number! The CEO should be fired.

This place is ridiculous and highly incompetent. Avoid them like the plague. I told Dr Khumalo that I need blood work to check my insulin level and thyroid. He told me not too worry that "everything will be checked". Of course my blood was not checked for thyroid nor insulin. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know that my bad cholesterol is high. That is TERRIBLE service. Yes I was also put on hold forever when I called a few weeks later to find out why no one bothered calling me about my results. The stupid jerk who I spoke to told me that they didn't bother calling me because everything is good. She wouldn't tell me much other than to contact the lab who drew my blood for more information!! It was then that I found out that my thyroid and insulin levels were not checked, because these inept people hadn't requested this, and my bad cholesterol is high. Arizona health needs to urgently investigate this place. Any information concerning how I can contact these officials will be much appreciated. I will be reporting these jerks to my insurance first thing tomorrow morning.

By far the worst customer service in the world. I was treated by Dr. Khumalo and given an ointment to heal my open wound, my wound is still open and they will not issue a refill unless I make a new appointment. I said it was the same wound, the 22-gram ointment ran out, can the Dr. call me when he has time. She replied the doctor does not call patients. And when I said how could this be? She said it is policy and hung up on me. I will be finding a new doctor, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
