New to the area and needed a new aesthetician. Her studio was so dirty and unprofessional looking! Clutter everywhere, instead of sheets was using an old blanket on the bed. She also showed up late to my appointment. When I met her, she was wearing a baseball cap, leggings and a sweatshirt with dog fur on it. I felt like I was not in good hands and wouldn’t trust her near my face. I walked out on her and took the late cancellation fee.
Courtney is amazing! She has helped my acne and I now have the confidence to not wear makeup and feel so beautiful. I think it's really funny that the last 4, 1star post are all about the same thing and pretty sure it's the same person. Don't listen to those reviews, this business and the owner is amazing and thanks to her, I feel beautiful again
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Courtney is not only extremely unprofessional but very rude as well. I was going to give her a try but after all of this I'd rather save myself the headache. She has just completely wasted my time, money & energy. I'm begging you to take your money else where. There are many aestheticians in the area that you should take you business too. Please save yourself the headache & go elsewhere!!
