We have seen 3 of the 4 providers here over the last 5 years. They are all excellent. They take lots of time with you. They are very thorough and explain everything. The front office staff that schedules the appointments and files insurance are excellent. They have always filed correctly and promptly. They are always friendly and engaging. The staff that helps with eye glass fitting have been hit or miss over the years. Usually friendly and helpful. But hopefully the good ones will stay and the bad will go.

My husband and I have just purchased glasses and sunglasses and could not be happier elsewhere. Dr Keiser is an awesome Optometrist and the staff do everything they can to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase. I love the choices of frames and have been very pleased with the service.

I have been going here for years, and I've never had a problem. Dr. Keiser is amazing and always remembers me, even though I only really come in annually. She's thorough, attentive, and always explains everything so there's no guesswork.And while other offices might have great doctors but less than great staff, this place has the full package! SUPER friendly staff, always accommodating, easy to get appointments, fast to respond to messages, and incredibly warm and welcoming.Special shout-out to Arianna, though.
