Isai and his team are an absolutely wonderful group of people to work with! I put in a request for Landscape Design a few months back, and Isai promptly reached out to me. In only a few short messages, we sorted out a time where he was able to come out after wrapping up a different job.Isai was on time and responsive as we met. I shared with him what I was looking for -- he took my request in mind, but shared his vision along with why he feels the way he does. Isai and his team did a wonderful job waterproofing outside of my house. It was a large job requiring trenching 5 ft deep trench around outside basement wall. They installed plastic, foam, stucco, tar and some additional plastic. They also connected the gutter system in backyard to have water run out to front yard and away from house. They completed the job in a couple weeks, I thought it would take much longer. Prior to this work, we would normally get seepage inside the house with water accumulating on basement floor during storms in several places. Hasn't happened yet. We agreed on a price and design. Supposedly it will happen in a couple weeks. Stay tuned. He was very nice and gave me good suggestions. I am looking forward to working with him.
