After watching Heavy Duty Country on Youtube, I kicked them to the curb. I am new to AOR, having just joined a few days ago (May 2024). I am very impressed with their customer service; kudos to Braeden Victor, Mike Wasdin, and the others who have assisted me via the Support email team. Being new to self defense, I had tons of questions about the contract, emergency form, and general questions. Some were probably not the most intelligent, but everyone treated me with respect and answered issues they have probably answered a thousand times. I sincerely hope I never have to use the firm, but if I do, I feel confident in receiving the best service.
