I have been coming to WFP for almost 15 years. I have always been greeted upon arrival by friendly staff, have been able to get timely appointments if I was sick, and receive phone call from my provider if labs where abnormal. My provider Paul Borgesen PA is polite, professional and never rushes through my appointment. The staff are busy but always professional.
Dr. Hanks is awesome and I really feel he is a great provider. The front desk staff is always friendly. I have had enough with the new management, its almost impossible to get through to even schedule an appointment. To further complicate the matter the doctors are booked months in advance. I also just discovered that I was changed for a phone call earlier in the year and they expect me to pay a 60 dollar bill. That is very frustrating and makes me feel like despite the awesome staff its time to hunt for a new provider as a direct result if the new ownership.
Dr Shumway is the best. I didn't like this place at all but now that I have this new Dr I'm sold. The people at the front desk are nice too. Dr Shumway is very thorough not rushed and seems to really care about his patience. He even asks questions.
