John, and his team at American Custom Build did an excellent job on our projects. Our needs were more structural than decorative (side door for garage access, roof trusses, etc.), but I never felt like he gave us an ounce less attention than someone doing a larger remodel. We are very pleased with the work, but what meant the most to me was the reliability, communication, and fair dealing.We will absolutely be using American Custom Build when we are ready to tackle larger projects around the house (kitchen, baths, etc.)
We have been working for American Custom Build since they opened and I have to say John and his team are some of the best in the industry. They are always great on their build timelines and answer the phone anytime I call. Their work is the best part though, they go far above and beyond in their quality. I would highly recommend American Custom Build to any family or friends in need of everything from custom home build to new addition or upgrades.
John and his team were smart, thoughtful and willing to help if we ran into any obstacles (although there weren't a lot). We had to remodel a bathroom and create a new bedroom to accommodate our aging family and they were very kind about the situation.
