This was my first time with AirTime Cooling and Heating. The appointment was made within a good time frame, the agent was on time, courteous, and completed the assessment in no time at all. I will be using this service for future needs. Just needed a check on my roof unit after replacing shingles. Thank you for coming quickly, and doing a few "touch ups" to keep everything going well. Jacob came out after our inquiry about the new thermostat behaving strangely, and explained in detail how they work, what to expect from them, and how to operate them. He was very friendly, patient, and made sure we were all set up and running before leaving. Based on this and previous experiences with their techs, I recommend AirTime.

Tim was super helpful and was able to diagnose, and put in a temporary fix in place until they could order the manufacturer part. He was prompt and explained everything. If I have to replace this unit in the future, I will be going with AirTime Cooling and Heating.
