I experienced a Life Activation with Deanna, and it was profound. Following the activation, I had some deep realizations about my life: I will no longer complain about life - I realize that my attitude was part of my block. I will no longer lie to myself or pretend to be some helpless creature. I realized that I have been in my own way, and I'm stepping into greater alignment to resolve my blocks. On a totally stressed day, I had my massage with Deanna. What an amazing experience. She knew exactly how to release the tension and tight muscles.
Many years ago, I was a massage therapist. So when I look for a therapist, I look for a lot more than most people. Deanna is well-trained, knowledgeable, and is now my therapist.
The yoga class was the first I have attended for a long time. It is a great class to attend when you would like an intimate experience with a few people, where you can feel comfortable and go at your own pace.
