Small gym but has 95% of the equipment most people need. Plenty amount of squat racks too. My favorite part is because it's a local gym, it's not as busy as LA fitness or EOS. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. I have only positive things to say about this gym and I'm going to be bummed the day I move and have to find something similar

First of all I want to address the poor reviews from 3-4 years ago, they are outdated and don’t reflect current conditions and ownership. My wife and I have been members here going back to 2017. The gym has changed ownership a couple of times and has definitely been ran poorly in the past. Fast forward to today the owners and trainers of 480 have transformed this spot into a high quality gym for those serious about personal fitness. All of the staff here are so great to work with especially the personal trainers they are all class acts and deserve the highest praise. A great gym with awesome equipment and even better staff. The personal training and new equipment really set this gym apart for people who are serious about their health. I would highly recommend this gym!
