Long story short…my AC unit went out and I got a new one. There were some issues along the way, but Four Seasons Home Services really shined when it mattered most. The owner stepped in and communicated directly with me to ensure we were doing ok while waiting on the new unit. She also made me feel like I was a priority, even though I was one of many clients they were helping. I appreciate the way the whole situation was handled and resolved!
Had a tech come out to check my system. SHE was very nice, checked everything and then some. Talked with me about any concerns and answered all of my questions. Her name was Early, sorry if that is not spelled correct, and I will be sure to ask for her in the future.
We contacted your company about our ac problem and you were helpful cooperative and reassuring that you could fix it quickly. That’s exactly what happened. Tech Earrly Ramos was at our home which is far out in the desert, within an hour and had the issue completely fixed shortly. She evaluated, replaced a part ,informed us of the problem and the solution .she was friendly and calm and full of common sense intelligence. Great person , great job, great business.
