Desirable Skin

Francesca and Desirable Skin moved to Rancho Manana resort which is a beautiful place! Luxurious feeling and not too far from my house. The previous location was just a couple of minutes drive for me but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my facials. The new location isn't much further and I would follow Francesca just about anywhere! I was concerned that the prices might go up because of the new luxury location but the prices stayed the same! I recently had a chemical peel and Francesca answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable. I've had chemical peels before and they burned during the process but the one that Francesca did didn't burn at all! It's been 2 days and I'm just starting to peel. I'm looking forward to baby soft skin after all the peeling is done. Thank you Francesca!!

I decided to have Francesca tattoo my eyebrows, as she had been highly recommended. What a fabulous job she did! Great attention to detail and an absolutely wonderful outcome! I was so impressed that a few weeks later I returned to have eye liner both top and bottom lids. Francesca did another great job! A potentially scary thing for a 70 year old, turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I look younger and it was a very positive experience.

Beautiful spa. This medical spa is all class and the employees are top notch. The nurse injector has many years of experience in the aesthetic arena. Francesca is an absolute pleasure to work with, and highly skilled.
