JCPenney Salon has helpful staff. The folks at the jewelry counter are friendly. The salon staff are also very helpful, they recommend good products like shampoo and conditioner. JCPenney has good discounts on various items such as T-shirts, kids' toys, and dresses. The quality of these items is good and balanced with the price. The salon has a good selection of hair care products, including masks. The staff are not pushy and recommend personal favorite items, even if they are less expensive. Overall, JCPenney offers a wide range of products and good customer service.
Love the folks at the jewelry counter. Their always so friendly. I love my ring upgrade. Sometimes, when you need a cleaning or service work done, it takes a bit. However, the selection and deals are pretty awesome. I don't shop here for anything else, really.
We got good discounts for several stuffs that we bought from here from T-shirts,kids toys,dress and we love the quality also balance with price that we got even though clearance item too a lot of pretty good deals here
I went in with a friend to pay her bill. And we went to the Hair Salon to check out a couple of things and the girl there was very helpful. I forgot her name but she has long hair and it's kind of a ambre look and she turned me on to some shampoo and conditioner and a mask for my hair that I absolutely love. And she didn't try to sell me. The most expensive thing in the store. She actually took me to the less expensive items. And it was her personal favorite and I love it.
