Talk about going the xtra mile, went to the Dentist to get service of a chipped tooth, was trying to see if my insurance would pay for it, couldn’t get a answer, but (Renee Brown) took my insurance card and BAM, I had FULL insurance, There yea go (xtra mile) Thank you, Renee ?

Bonnie Stephen's is my usual doctor but she's booked for weeks. And I can highly understand why from how she treated me compared to how I was treated yesterday. I seriously regret going here, the lady walking out before me angrily saying that they didn't help her was already a sign. I can tell I wasn't taken seriously because my side effects weren't as severe as 4days ago. Starting my new job 4weeks ago that hasn't gave me insurance due to the 3month probation period. As I am new to CG and in need of PC I chose Sun Life. Although most of the staff and cordial and helpful. I have had a hard time getting into the pt portal. Once I did I noticed a few errors in the reason for my visit. I have contacted the office several time and even wrote a message through the portal. I am still waiting for a response.
