Been years since I've been to the dentist. Knowing I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, they could've easily tried to upsell or make my diagnosis worse. But they didn't. They were honest and it wasn't as bad as I suspected. Promenade Smiles is a top notch office. Everyone is very professional and patient. Plus, they offer just about every dental service needed.
I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff here, they immediately put me a smile on my face. I have very strong issues with traditional deep cleaning and Dr. Jones set my mind at ease with options that I wasn't previously aware of. I was able to return the following day for part one of that deep cleaning without fear and trepidation. Tony was awesome and got the job done with no needles in my mouth and very little pain or discomfort. I sincerely appreciate how the staff accomodated me. After suffering from Lingual Nerve Damage over a decade ago, I was so deadset against any deep cleaning and hadn't allowed any dentist to even suggest it since. Dr Jones... read full review
Thank you for all your help ladies I came in with a painful Toothache and this team is so amazing the Doctor and Nurses and the reception staff GREAT EXPERIENCE I RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO EVERYONE!!
