Everything! Scheduling was easy, available when I needed them to be, Jae Jae was my artist, and he nailed it, I live in Florida, was in town for work, travel nurse, so scheduling was every thing! photo in comments one year later, no touch ups needed!

my daughter was so excited she got her ears pierced for her 8th birthday they did amazing making her feel comfortable and helped her understand the process. I also got my nose pierced and they did great

Took my sister to get her lip (spider bite) and ear (tratus) done with me for her birthday. Marsh was amazing professional and help ease my sister down with getting them done. Talked to us and even let my daughter watch lio and stitch. She was organized too which was amazing, explained the cleaning and healing process twice and made sure we were good before leaving. We definitely going back again for more my other piercings.
