Walked into my appt at 8:23 this morning. I was told that I needed to check in at 8:20 and they wouldn’t be able to see me. I’m an existing patient. She told me I needed to fill out my entire medical history?!? I’ve been going for years and had both my children with their group. My appointment time was 8:35. All the times that I’ve waiting in them without a problem and being 12 min ahead of my appt was not enough. I need to be 15 exactly?!?

I moved to Michigan 17 years ago, the saddest part was having to leave Dr. Pass lol, the best doctor ever ☺️ I have not found a doctor here yet that I've been as comfortable with or that really listens to my concerns. You folks back in CG are very lucky 🙂
