Great customer service on the phone & the gal (can’t remember her name, sorry) was very helpful to find a tech that would come after hours during incredibly high temperatures because having no a/c was brutal! The technician, Eddie, was a very professional & kind young man, willing to educate me as a fairly new widow & old lady living alone for the first time. These guys are seriously the best. They’ve come out 3 times now when my AC broke and every time was same day service. They are also honest and don’t try to fix things that aren’t broken. Very affordable. Highly recommend!
Kyle serviced our A/C unit on July 5th. He did an "Above and Beyond" job. He checked the system out from top to bottom. He understands A/C theory. In 10 years of having our system worked on Kyle completed the best service we have ever had. Even more important he is trustworthy. You can take my work on that. DW
