The woman helping me explained that it's because it's a new build and not anywhere in the USPS system yet. She told me what they need to do step by step to get it added and assigned to someone's route. Their local post office hasn't taken the time to explain and help them in the five months they've been there trying to straighten this out, but the awesome staff here told what they need to do in detail, even though it's not this branch's responsibility. I greatly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond!“
