A single or a combination of modalities maybe used to alleviate adhesions, and or muscle tension. Modalities include: Basic MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), Cupping, Hot Stones, Myofascial Release, Sports, Stretching, Swedish, Trigger Points, and use of Essential Oils.
