We always have great luck at Firestone in Casa Grande, AZ. I have had issues at other shops in town literally putting on the wrong brand or model of tire on my cars. The Firestone staff are personable and friendly. They can run long, but give honest time estimates based on their workload. Firestone is one of 2 tire shops in Casa Grande I would use, but the service makes me come back to Firestone every time.
I visited Firestone to have the AC system in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee checked due to low performance. The service was good and completed on time. They also recommended replacing the four tires as they were worn out. In the end, the AC system was discharged and recharged with dye sealant added, and I received a one-year warranty.The four tires were replaced with new Firestone All-Season LE3 tires with 70,000 miles warrenty, an alignment was performed, and the engine air filter was replaced. The time required for the maintenance and the total cost were reasonable. I would recommend visiting Firestone for tire and vehicle maintenance services.
I've always had issues or have been stressed based on the timing of completion of my vehicle at other companies, but not at this Firestone. My 1st time getting my car serviced at Firestone and they finished in NO TIME! Although it was just an oil change and checking a few other things, they finished in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be back.
