Jeremy welcomed my husband and I with a smile on his face and Great Customer Service. Assisted us with the tire availability in the store. The tire selection was great and better than what we were looking for online. We did not have an appointment, and Jeremy scheduled one for us. Was told the wait time would be approximately 2 hours. It was less. Jeremy and Juan treated us as a family member. They both delivered Great Customer Service. Most definitely going back.
The best service I've ever experienced Juan went over and beyond to get my needs met and was super efficient effective and communicated properly I was treated with dignity respect and everything was explained to me in a way I understood. not only was his customer service great The place was very friendly welcoming and I will definitely be returning. The service I needed was fast efficient and he made it happen within a extreme reasonable time and great price I was in and out I could not have asked for a better experience thank you so much you go Juan!!!
The service manager was both professional and knowledgeable. The service tech was also very knowledgeable on how to work on my car. The price was better then any other shops in town and lower then the dealership.
