Listen, this place is clean and is not crowded like the Phoenix VA I was previously assigned to. The staff are friendly and I have no personal issues against anyone there. My 3 star rating would be a 4 or 5 were it not for the fact that for the third time now, making an appointment requires a minimum of a ten day wait!!! My issue today was a blood draw rescheduling. Granted, I missed my appointment yesterday 10/27/21 but, to have to wait until 11/10/21 just to get blood drawn for a fasting panel is a bit preposterous!! It's literally a 5 minute ordeal and it makes me wonder why the 2+ week wait..........

I was very impressed with the Casa Grande VA Clinic and I give it a 5 star review. Clean and well managed were my first impressions followed by experiencing a friendly, knowageable and a profession staff.Dr Awald and Melanie LPN, who I met on my first visit, impressed me greatly. I felt at ease and was delighted at all the staff's ability to answer my questions, listen to my comments and and their ability to answer and converse so I understood. It is always difficult to go to a new VA Clinic or hospital. But this time I was made to feel welcome and cared for.Thanks to all of you.

I have always had great service every time I visit this clinic!The clinic opens at 7am but their lab doesn't open until 8am. That's a long time to fast in the morning when you get up at 4am...
