I've lived in Casa Grande AZ for nearly 4 years. The postal service here is terrible unless you drive to the post office to personally mail a parcel out. No one answers the phone if you try to call to complain about deliveries. Delivery drivers often deliver the mail to mailboxes, but don't pickup outgoing mail. One summer this went on for 2 weeks straight (2023), but at best it remains sporatic. Another problem is the frequency of mail delivered to the wrong mailbox, which usually ends up sitting on top of a cluster of mailboxes, only to be blown away by the wind.

We have had a lot of trouble with mail finding our family out of state. The woman helping me explained that it's because it's a new build and not anywhere in the USPS system yet. She told me what they need to do step by step to get it added and assigned to someone's route. Their local post office hasn't taken the time to explain and help them in the five months they've been there trying to straighten this out, but the awesome staff here told what they need to do in detail, even though it's not this branch's responsibility. I greatly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond!

Long wait time and the staff was not very helpful. I waited 15 minutes in line to drop off a package. When I got to a desk, the staff told me that they couldn't tape my mailing label onto the package for me.
