Steve was on time, explained what he would all be doing, quoted price before any work performed, AND you can tell he takes pride in his work! He is still here and I am writing this as I know it will be perfect once completed. We had our couches cleaned but will use for future services (carpet/ducts). I highly highly recommend !!
