Appliance Works: Cave Creek Appliance Repair

After my negative review about a trip charge to be applied to labor done (but nothing was done in the 5' of their man in my house), I YELPED and the owner called me and refunded the ridiculous charge. So I'm going positive now due to his responsible action. BTW, the laborer traveled about 1.5 miles to look at my fridge, which I had already cleaned, etc. He did not recommend anything, although he could have invented a problem.

I was referred to this company from a trusted appliance repair guy. He said he doesn't work on my LG washer but recommended I call Appliance Works. They answered the phone. Step one! They answered the phone!!! I spoke with a very nice lady named Penny. She listened to the whole story and said she would have Daniel come to my place the next day and he would contact me when he was on his way. Which he did!!! Please see previous review below before reading this one. I definitely had a few mishaps! They came out to repair my washer and the worse case senior ended happening but let me tell you what they did to resolve the issue. They sent a supervisor or owner idk.. they sent Brett out to have a look he told me he'd have to take my washer back to the warehouse for a week but that he could bring me a loaner in the meantime, as we were headed into the labor day weekend so it would be a while i got it back and he did.
