“A big shout out to Dynamic Appliance Repair, they were very helpful for our fridge repair. The appointment was scheduled with ease and we were on the schedule for the next day. Justin arrived on time and was able to determine we had a slow leak of refrigerant, although he wasn’t able to add the refrigerant we scheduled another time the following morning. The techs arrived on time and pumped the refrigerant back to factory specs and it’s running like a charm! Noting that our GE Monogram fridge is 23 years old and needs to be replaced, it allows us time to research and find the perfect replacement! A huge shout out to the team for excellent service!“

“After my negative review about a trip charge to be applied to labor done (but nothing was done in the 5' of their man in my house), I YELPED and the owner called me and refunded the ridiculous charge. So I'm going positive now due to his responsible action. BTW, the laborer traveled about 1.5 miles to look at my fridge, which I had already cleaned, etc. He did not recommend anything, although he could have invented a problem.“
